Privacy policy
This page explains what data is collected via this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data collected
The appointment request form collects: your identity (last name, first name, optional date of birth), your contact details (phone, email), the reason for your request, your availability and, if you wish, an attached document (X-ray, prescription or letter from your practitioner).
The reason for your request, the description of your needs and any attached documents may contain information about your health. Only provide what seems useful to prepare your appointment.
If a fellow practitioner refers you to the practice through the "Refer a patient" form, the information about you is sent to us by that practitioner, who is responsible for informing you.
Purpose
This information is used solely to process your appointment request, to contact you again and to prepare your care. It is never sold, nor used for commercial or advertising purposes.
Recipients and tools used
Your request is sent over an encrypted connection to the practice's internal management tool, through an automation service. Only authorised members of the practice consult it. The technical providers involved act solely on behalf of the practice and do not use your data for any other purpose. Some of these tools are hosted outside the European Union; we take care to limit the data transmitted to what is strictly necessary to process your request.
Retention period
Your request is kept for as long as needed to process it. If it leads to treatment, the information becomes part of your patient file and is kept for as long as needed for your treatment plan and medical follow-up, in line with the applicable legal obligations. Otherwise, it is deleted once it has been dealt with.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (tick box when you submit the form), including for the health information you choose to send us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see "Your rights"); this does not affect processing already carried out.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at: accueil@lempreintedentairestudio.fr. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and external services
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use any audience measurement tool. It may use technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. Links to Instagram and Google Maps only load those services if you click on them.
